Establish that you are authorized to work in the United States (I-9 Form.) Examples: U. S. passport, Certification of United States citizenship, or Driver's license and original Social Security number card or birth certificate.

Must meet the following minumum requirements to drive for the Agency.
- A valid Arizona Driver's License.
- A clean driving record.
- At least 21 years old.
- At least three years of driving experience with a driver's license.

If you have an out of state Driver's License, you must be willing to obtain an Arizona license within 15 working days of being hired.

Agree to be Class One fingerprinted for a complete background check.
(the cost of $42.00 will be deducted your paycheck)
If you already have a Class One Fingerprint Car or application, DPS will be contacted to check the status.
If you have a criminal record, DES/DDD may not clear your fingerprints which may prevent you from being hired.

Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Provide Chandler/Gilbert Arc with three (3) references prior to hiring.
(including at least one (1) professional reference.)

Must be 18 years old or older.

Lifting may be required .

Attend training classes for first 3-4 weeks during daytime hours (i.e. 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
